Expression of Interest for data centre capacity

State Contracts Control Board releases expression of interest for data centre capacity.

The State Contracts Control Board has issued an expression of interest seeking options to meet the NSW Government's growing demand for data storage and computing capacity.

The Government wants to examine options for two fit-for-purpose, state-of-the-art data centres, which would satisfy forecast demand for data processing capacity, server and storage growth and associated power and cooling requirements.

The expressions of interest phase closes on 1 December 2009.

Copies of the expression of interest documents are available on the NSW Government eTendering website
