Facilities Management Web (FMWeb)

FMWeb is a whole of Government, Internet-based system designed to translate property management data from Government agencies (e.g. operational and maintenance costs, usage, asset utilisation, asset condition etc.) into information to allow reporting on property management performance.

This information will allow the creation of benchmark indicators relating to the performance of strategic, core and under-utilised property. It will identify opportunities for improving the use of resources and a means of measuring the benefits.
