Women at DSTA
Commerce is committed to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive of women, and that will attract and retain those women with skills and talents to help the organisation succeed.
The Department has developed a range of initiatives to:

Develop and enrich careers by providing a greater range of short developmental experiences and networking opportunities

Increase access to more flexible work arrangements.
Commerce is also a strong advocate of the National Association for Women in Construction and encourages membership of the Spokeswomen's Network.
