The Minister for Fair Trading has asked for public comment on whether the model by-law should be changed to enable strata residents to hang laundry on portable clothes racks on balconies or other outside areas if the washing cannot be seen from outside the building at street level.
The draft model by-law will be released for public comment in the near future.
